On July 31st at Dodger Stadium, we’re honoring the incredible caregivers who show up with compassion, strength, and heart every single day. This special evening is our way of saying thank you, bringing these dedicated individuals together for a night of appreciation.

We were proud to partner with Cubs Charities to host the 2025 Chicago Hospice Heroes Day at Wrigley Field - a heartfelt celebration honoring the compassionate caregivers from Advocate Health Care, JourneyCare, and Lightways hospice programs.

We're incredibly thankful to the Elea Institute for their invaluable support in bringing this meaningful day to life. We’re also grateful to Yeti for generously providing custom Cubs tumblers as thoughtful gifts for each of our dedicated Hospice Heroes.

AUGUST 3, 2024

We were thrilled to host our 2024 Houston KTF Heroes for our second annual Day at the Park! The day included honoring our heroes with food and drinks, cheering on the Houston Astros, and presenting Houston Hospice with a donation from the Kyle Tucker Foundation.

A special thank you to Titos Vodka for their generous sponsorship, which allowed us to provide our heroes with a suite experience, making this day even more special.

On August 9, 2023, we welcomed the Sunshine Kids Foundation to Minute Maid Park for a day that went far beyond the game. It was an opportunity to connect, share laughs, and spend meaningful time with kids who inspire us all with their strength and resilience.

As a main beneficiary of Team Up, the Sunshine Kids Foundation continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families facing illness. We’re honored to support their mission and look forward to raising funds for families and kids just like Bennett and Samantha.
