KTF Heroes

The KTF heroes program was established to honor and support caregivers who provide compassionate end-of-life and palliative care. This program aims to recognize the dedication of these caregivers and to raise awareness about the importance of end-of-life services. 

The foundation recognizes each KTF hero through a social media post. The foundation also hosts these KTF heroes at baseball games and at our events throughout the year. 

By celebrating these caregivers and bringing attention to their efforts, the Kyle Tucker Foundation seeks to highlight the critical role end-of-life care plays in communities and to support the individuals who provide this essential service.
